 Q1. Are all your CDS new? A. All the CD's on this site are brand new and in shrink wrap (unless the record label sent them without shrink wrap). The only cds which are not new will be clearly marked in the Pre-Owned Section. Q2. Are the Pre-Owned cds damaged, is it possible they wont work? A. All Pre-Owned cds will be fully checked and tested before going on the site. They will all be original cds, complete with original artwork, in unbroken cd cases. Q3. Can I sell you my Pre-Owned CDs? A. Certainly, if you send an email to Preowned@punkermentality.com with which cds you have to sell. I will reply with a quote. Once the cds have been received and checked that they are in good condition, you will receive a cheque in the next couple of days. Q4. I Am ready to make an order, what do I do? A. When you see an item that you want, you click "Add to Cart" and follow the other instructions to pay online securely with a Credit or Debit card. Q5. How Can I Pay You? A. We accept Credit/Debit Cards (including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron) through a secure server. You can also pay with well hidden cash, postal orders made out to Alex Rooke. Or Cheques made payable to PunkerMentality sent to the address on the contact page. We also accept PAYPAL payments sent to (info@punkermentality.com) but please add £1 to the final order for the fees I have to pay. If you prefer we can also accept payment via Bank Transfer, if you are interested in paying with this method just email us for more info. Q6. Where do I send money? A. All card payments are processed securely by Protx.com a well established card processing company on their secure servers. Q8. Can we help you in any way? A.
